IN YOUR PURCHASE CHECK OUT, USE THE BLANK SPACE TO TELL ME THE COLOR OF THE LABEL YOU WISH FOR YOUR WIG, IF YOU CHOOSE TWO COLORS, PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WISH HALP ONE AND HALF OTHER OR MIXED.

Please, note that heads can have different sizes, please choose the correct head size for your wig, you can contact us if you have any doubt :D

• To request a unique styling, please send as many references as possible, we’ll work on them, then all must be clear and close to what you want, of course, no wig can be copied.

• Unfortunately we can’t send the wigs already stylized, because of the transport they can lose the shiver of the hair and even the curlers can knead, we try to send with the greatest care possible, but in the end the client will need to stylize the wig again when it receives, we hope you can understand this.

• Please note that Mohair wigs may have traces of glue at the root of the hair, this is due to the fact that we use glue to make the wig, this is not exactly our fault, we try to do it in the best possible way so that it does not happen.

• The color chart is not ever the same, the colors can get out os stock to never return again. This way, if you need a wig with a color of the chart, ask before it's too late :/ If we have a wig in the announcement and the color it's not avaiable in the chart, it's may be out of stock.

• Mohair color will NEVER be the same as the pictures of the announcement. As an artesanal product, the colors could vary a little, please notice that before making an order, we can't cancel requests based in little color changes, if you demand to cancel after hair arrive for me, I'll charge 50% of the value paid as fee.

Note that doll and acessories of pictures are not included!

REQUESTS ARE MADE UNDER REQUEST, WE DON'T ACCEPT CANCELATIONS IN THE HALF OF THE PRODUCT PRODUCTION. 

Production time: 30-60 days.
Mohair is an imported product, this deadline is what I needed to receive the hair, if you can't wait, please, don't place an order. If your choose to give up the wig in the middle of the proccess, I'll charge half of the paid price as fee.
